Here’s some of what you'll be doing... Conduct keyword research for new content opportunities or meta data optimizations, conduct competitive research, and look for link building opportunities Measure and report on client campaigns via Google Data Studio from a variety of resources including Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and similar tools Develop user testing ideas and concepts Discuss ongoing SEO/CRO strategies and recommend new projects during weekly client meetings Monitor client sites for technical optimization opportunities and be able to communicate those to client stakeholders or development partners What we’re seeking... You have a passion for SEO and user experience You find yourself invested in the success of the campaigns and projects you work on Though you may not be expert level, you know how to use Vlookup Screaming Frog is your best friend You don’t have to be asked to keep up with industry trends. You actively seek this out on your own. You are an effective communicator You have some writing experience You’ve made CRO recommendations and even drawn up user testing scenarios Google Analytics Certified - GA4 You are comfortable building decks to communicate larger SEO strategies When presented with a challenge, you’re not afraid to be creative when searching for solutions Expected Qualifications 2 yrs SEO and/or user testing experience Proven hands-on experience with digital and web analytics and data tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, Hotjar, UserTesting.com) Proven ability to manage multiple campaign projects, clients, and deadlines Apply

The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for the management and continued optimization of paid search and performance media campaigns for multiple clients. This person must be a data-driven self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns. Even more important than paid media chops is “grit level”; we require team members who like to work hard and continually improve and learn. Responsibilities & Duties: Manage, optimize and scale paid search campaigns for multiple clients and verticals on a day-to-day basis, developing proactive, strategic optimizations to help clients achieve business goals Manage display and video campaign strategy and execution, leveraging various DSP platforms Manage paid social campaign strategy and execution, leveraging various social platforms Identify and execute A/B testing opportunities to continually improve conversion rate and campaign efficiency Make recommendations to clients for improved performance as it pertains to budget allocation, landing page optimization, and audience targeting Ensure accounts remain in scope and perform ongoing adjustments Compile monthly reporting and data to drive insights and strategy Participate in meetings and email communication with clients Qualifications & Skills: Must be located in Arizona Google Ads certification and a minimum of five years managing paid campaigns, agency experience a plus Results-oriented and data-driven with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Experience using Google Analytics to analyze channel performance; Google Analytics certification a plus Strong verbal communication and presentation skills Previous experience in lead generation or other performance marketing verticals Conversion rate optimization experience preferred Self-motivated with the ability to manage and complete tasks independently Bachelor's degree in a related field Apply
