KURT KRAKE
Kurt brings 20+ years of experience in digital marketing and web analytics. He may have started his career as a CPA/MBA Big 5 Public Accounting, but ventured into a brand new industry called "digital" just in time for Y2K. His search experience began at the inception of search itself.
Kurt is a successful entrepreneur and a pilot in training.
He has served on the Bazaarvoice and Compare Metrics Advisory Boards and spends his free time RVing around the country with his wife and two sons.

TIFFANY SELLWOOD
Tiffany brings over 20 years of online marketing experience in performance verticals such as e-commerce and lead generation. She has been laser-focused on advanced analytics over the last 10 years on both the client and agency side.
Outside of work, Tiffany can be found running trails on South Mountain, cooking vegetarian meals for her family or supporting her two teenage sons at their football games and music gigs.

ROSE ANDERSON
Rose contributes more than fifteen years experience in digital media with an emphasis on paid search media and analysis. Experienced on both client-side and agency, she specializes in higher education, e-commerce and nonprofit verticals.
Rose and her husband enjoy spending time together as a blended family, including four teenagers! She is an avid hiker and is very at home in the Arizona desert.

Ryan is a marketing and analytics expert with over a decade of experience. He has a proven track record of driving business growth across a diverse range of industries, including EdTech startups, non-profits, media production, e-commerce, and higher education.
A Pittsburgh native, Ryan now resides in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, two dogs, and a bearded dragon.

Jamie brings experience in digital marketing with a background focused in social media analytics. She is passionate about helping clients optimize their online presence through data-driven strategies.
Jamie is a Missouri native who now resides in Phoenix and is an alumnus of Arizona State University. In her spare time, she is an avid foodie, enjoys spending time with family and friends, and adding to her lego collection.

Michelle brings extensive vendor and agency experience to MetricsEdge, with a solid background in performance marketing. She has driven results for clients in a variety of verticals, specializing in B2B and higher education.
Michelle is a Utah native but has lived in Arizona for over a decade. She enjoys spending time with her family, has a passion for travel, live music, fitness, and her rescue dog, Poppy.

Caleb is an experienced SEO specialist that has aided businesses in a wide variety of industries. Caleb has a specific love for optimized content, taking hard data and translating it into a compelling story for a larger audience.
Originally from Phoenix, Caleb now calls Central Oregon home, where he and his family enjoy the beauty of the Cascade Mountains. When not playing with data, Caleb can be found conjuring electronic music in his home studio.

Mariah is an Arizona native who loves international travel, snowboarding, yoga, racket sports, and watching binge worthy TV shows. In her free time, Mariah enjoys learning French, cooking, and playing with her dog Zuri.

Katelyn has a broad knowledge of media strategy, experience planning and executing digital, broadcast, audio, and out-of-home campaigns. She has worked with a variety of clients from local banks and car dealerships, to major CPG brands.
Katelyn is new to Arizona too, from Chicago, and is excited to explore all the Southwest has to offer. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and attending as many concerts and outdoor festivals as possible.

BILL VOLHEIN
For 20+ years, Bill has provided strategic CRO solutions to businesses and governmental agencies, across diverse sectors, instilling a deep passion for digital optimization. Adept at converting complex user interaction into compelling narratives, Bill focuses on client success. Previous to his digital experience, Bill was a Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy, where his focus was anti-submarine warfare.
Originally hailing from Phoenix, he has now made Southern Colorado his family's home, where he and his wife spend time with heavy forest mitigation. Continuing his family's tradition, he competes in horseshoe competitions. Go Chiefs!
