MetricsEdge is led by a team of seasoned performance marketers who are relentless when it comes to deciphering data, conversion optimization and SERPs. Our experience spans the age of the digital industry, from the days of AltaVista to artificial intelligence.
Kurt brings 20+ years of experience in digital marketing and web analytics. He may have started his career as a CPA/MBA Big 5 Public Accounting, but ventured into a brand new industry called "digital" just in time for Y2K. His search experience began at the inception of search itself.
Kurt is a successful entrepreneur and a pilot in training.
He has served on the Bazaarvoice and Compare Metrics Advisory Boards and spends his free time RVing around the country with his wife and two sons.
Chief Strategy Officer
Tiffany brings 18 years of online marketing experience in performance verticals such as e-commerce and lead generation. She has been laser-focused on advanced analytics over the last five years on both the client and agency side.
Tiffany is the newly elected board vice president of Arizona Innovation Marketing Association (AZIMA). She spends her free time working as the "momager" of her son's grunge band.

Michelle brings extensive vendor and agency experience to MetricsEdge, with a solid background in performance marketing. She has driven results for clients in a variety of verticals, specializing in B2B and higher education.
Michelle is a Utah native but has lived in Arizona for over a decade. She has a passion for travel, live music, fitness, and most importantly her rescue dog, Poppy.

Rose contributes fifteen years experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on paid search media and analysis. Experienced on both client-side and agency, she specializes in higher education, e-commerce and nonprofit verticals.
Originally from upstate New York, Rose has called Arizona home for nearly two decades. She is an avid hiker, mom of two pre-teens, and enjoys spending time with her family.

Mariah brings experience in digital advertising on the agency side with a focus in lead generation and branding for higher education. She has a passion for performance optimization and media planning strategy.
Mariah is an Arizona native who loves international travel, snowboarding, yoga, racket sports, and watching binge worthy TV shows. In her free time, Mariah enjoys learning French, cooking, and playing with her nephew.

Chris brings 9 years of SEO experience on the agency side working on everything from mid-sized business websites to global enterprise accounts. Chris believes that all successful SEO campaigns begin with a technically sound foundation that carries through all aspects of SEO activities.
Chris is a native Phoenician, but now lives in San Diego with his wife Jenn and their dog, the most perfect specimen to ever grace planet earth, Scout. Chris is a baseball fan, but more specifically a Padres fan, who of course will be winning the 2021 World Series.

Santina is an experienced Digital Media Specialist skilled in marketing analytics, social media management, and digital copywriting across multiple verticals.
Santina was born in Sicily and emigrated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her family when she was young. She has lived in Arizona for 5+ years now. She spends most of her free time singing and playing the piano for her kitten Fendi.

Conduct keyword research for new content opportunities or meta data optimizations, conduct competitive research, and look for link building opportunities
Measure and report on client campaigns via Google Data Studio from a variety of resources including Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and STAT
Discuss ongoing SEO strategies and recommend new projects during weekly client meetings via Zoom, Google Hangout, and when safe, in-person meetings
Monitor client sites for technical optimization opportunities and be able to communicate those to client stakeholders or development partners
